The first thing I do when purchasing properties or investing is to research the background, attributes, experience and confidence of the person who will represent my interest to accomplish my goals. You apparently do the same and I promise you that you have found the right guy. I have spent 22 years in the military with split time between the USAF and the USN. Eight different homes scattered around the U.S. and the pacific required me to seek out multiple agents and the first things I ask are “tell me about the area and the neighborhoods that benefit my kids”. Through creative bargaining and some good fortune I have been based in Hampton Roads for eight years now and I have no plans to leave this family centric community. I have extensive experience in project management, negotiation, and the tenacity that results in getting you what you want.
